What Is A Utility Accident?A utility accidents, known as a utility strike, are dangerous and costly accidents occurring when a utility asset (pipe or cable) is damaged as a result of construction activity taking place.

Why Does It Matter?With the drive for Net Zero and the increasing demand for fibre installation, utility accidents are exponentially increasing in frequency. In fact they are set to double in the next five years. This means more outages, specifically, loss of power, water and internet are to occur.
